We are pleased to report the results of the responses to the second Board of Directors meeting (email meeting).
We received unanimous “yes” responses to all agenda items.
Accordingly,
Agenda Item 1: Election of one Representative Director (President): It was resolved to select Mr. Satoshi Yamashiro as the Representative Director.
Agenda Item 2: Election of one Vice President: It was decided that Shinjiro Hamano would be elected as Vice President.
Agenda Item 3: Election of three permanent directors: Shinichiro Kawazu (Director in charge of general affairs), Mariko Saito (Director in charge of accounting), and Masahiro Hashizume (Director in charge of editing) were elected as permanent directors.
