The 44th Aso Symposium” will be held on August 2 (Fri.) and 3 (Sat.), 2024 at Kumamoto Castle Hall Civic Hall (hybrid event).
The “Aso Symposium” has been held since 1977, inviting leading researchers in the life sciences such as infectious diseases, immunology, and molecular genetics to Aso, Kumamoto. This year, the 44th “Diversity in Infectious Diseases and Hematopoietic Tumors” will feature lectures by 10 top-ranked researchers. We are looking forward to seeing many participants at this year’s conference, which will be held in a hybrid format with a webcast in addition to the onsite event.
The deadline for registration is Friday, July 19.
From the previous symposium, we have also established a poster session for young researchers among the general participants of the symposium to present their research. Travel grants are also available for a small number of presenters from outside Kumamoto Prefecture.
